These Terms govern your use of this website and participation in MakeWave experiences.

1. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• You agree to provide accurate contact details while booking.

2. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or manual UPI transfer as displayed on checkout.

• Prices include all workshop materials unless specified.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change.

• Full refund: If canceled 72 hours or more before the experience start time.

• 50 % refund: If canceled 24–72 hours before start time.

• No refund: If canceled within 24 hours or for no-shows.

• Event cancellation by MakeWave: You receive a full refund or credit voucher usable within 3 months.
  Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Safety & Conduct

Participants must follow the facilitator’s guidance. MakeWave is not liable for injury or loss due to participant negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and designs on this site are property of MakeWave or used with permission. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide experiences “as is.” MakeWave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or website use.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms or policies at any time. The latest version will always appear on this page.
